We are pleased to announce the 4th Annual Hirschsprung Disease Symposium will be hosted by the Hospital for Sick Children/Sick Kids in Toronto, ON, Canada this summer. The Reach Foundation understands the complexity and struggles of a life with HD, therefore wanting to provide as much support and information at this year’s symposium to those affected by this rare disease. There will be a strong focus on HD children and their families with specific topics including, “When Things Don't Go As Planned- Surgical Issues, Motility and Sphincter Issues”, “Tips to Improve Outcomes After Surgery for Hirschsprung’s Disease”, “Hirschsprung Diet for Improved Outcomes”, “Transition- Teen Years to Adulthood”, “Parent/Child Panel” and our “Expert Panel”. 

As in previous years, the speakers at the event will be comprised of members from the Reach Board as well as panels of Canadian and US doctors and specialists which we have listed below.
