1.) REACH International Fellowship
This initiative closely aligns with our ongoing efforts in the REACH Fellowship program. However, the emphasis here will be on international doctors, specifically targeting the developing world, where outcomes for children with HD are notably more demanding.
In essence, the initiative is an extension of our commitment to the global community, seeking to address the unique needs and difficulties faced by international doctors working in regions where the impact of HD on children is particularly challenging. We aspire to make a meaningful difference and contribute to improving outcomes for children with HD on a broader, international scale.
2.) REACH HD X DS
In this initiative, we are undertaking the creation of a specialized microsite, along with accompanying resources designed specifically for families navigating the unique challenges of raising children with both Hirschsprungs Disease (HD) and Down Syndrome. It is our goal to provide a centralized hub for information, support, and guidance tailored to the specific needs of families facing the dual complexities of HD and Down Syndrome to offer valuable insights, practical assistance, and a sense of community to enhance the well-being of these families.
